I love the car, and the process was so smooth and simple. I hate being in dealerships, but this was not the feeling I had this time around.

Mustafa helped us get a great deal on my new Chevy Trax. He was very communicative through text when I was having an issue and it was quickly resolved.

Just sharing. I seek to have earliest service as can (7:30am..) The 3 or 4 times I come and wait for service to be completed the cleaning woman sweeps, mops and vacuums around me under me...... annoying each time.

The problem wasn’t fixed. My truck still has a bad leak and floods my passenger floor. I’m waiting for a call back when a loaner is available to bring my truck back in to fix the problem

Should not have even been in there. Broken down car that’s 6 months old. Car came in on a tow truck and almost was charged $97 for an oil change. On a car that had 25% oil life. And a car that has agreed free service.

Made an appointment one month prior Dropped off my car for dct filter, oil change and 3 recalls. Was told the car would be ready by 4pm. Returned at 4pm and was told sorry we didn’t get to work on the car today. Phone call to let me know that they were backed up would have been nice so I didn’t have to make the trip back for no reason. Brought the car back the next morning for the work and fortunately all went fine.

Simple service (Oil Change and Inspection) but very easy and pleasant to deal with.

I scheduled one of the first service appointment slots of the day, 10am. Luckily I was able to drop my car off to be serviced so I didn't have to wait. However, I feel that this was taken advantage of. I was only getting an oil change and a state inspection, something that should have taken a few hours at max. However, I wasn't able to pick up my car till 4:45pm that evening-- nearly 6 1/2 hours after my scheduled appointment. I feel that my service was delayed to accommodate that people who were waiting for their cars, despite my scheduled appointment slot. Not realizing that my service would be an all day event, I was forced to wait around all day on Saturday waiting for my car to be complete because I was unsure of how long it would take. The overall service itself, meaning the oil change and inspection, were completed. However, I feel my time was not respected during this appointment.

All the stuff was ready, calm, gentle, and helpful specially Mr. Chris The sales person and finance manager was very gentleman. That’s why this is my second car I buy from Huntington Empire Charlotte

Usama Zahid took very excellent care of us. He listened to what we were looking for, found a perfect vehicle for us, showed us how to use/control the instrument panel, discussed charging and various options for charging, etc. He was great!

Quite disappointed this time. We were there several days before and booked a 10:30 appointment for several days later to replace a sensor. We were told that because there were a lot of cars there that they may not get it done today. That was unsatisfactory. Well they did get it done but I used the tracker in my text messages only th get the reply “oops something went wrong”. So I called but all service advisors mail boxes were full. Finally Nathan called late in the day to say the car was ready for pick up. We picked it up. The next day I got an email telling me my car was ready for pickup. I think with all your mailings you’ve gotten to big and now you can’t handle the increase in business.

The actual day you took care of the airbag recall was fine. No complaints. However, this was my second appointment with you. I showed up for my appointment and after about 90 minutes I was informed that you didn't have the part. That was not a happy experience.

My back up camara doesn’t work since January i have made two appointments even with the most recent call twice to confirm they had part to fix the camera they told me they had it waited two hour and they told me they didn’t have the camera part. So all i got was oil change brand new car pay so much for my lease n my back up camera doesn’t work horrible service

I brought my brand new Corvette in for rim repair with a warranty and when it came back the tire was destroyed. I pointed out to Tara the sales manager and she promptly brought the car back into the shop and replaced the tire. However, the fact that this was delivered to me and not checked prior could've been a fatal error since the tire had giant chunks taken out of it. Also upon getting home and further inspection the finishing job by Atlantic repair has bubbles all under the paint and was scratched again when either the finishing company put the tire back on or when the dealership replaced the tire. I'm extremely disappointed that this was not look at before it was delivered and also the fact that there's further problems that unacceptable with the final finishing of the rim. Unfortunately I have been injured and not able to get back there but did speak to Tara directly and will bring the car in for repair again to have the rim refinished acceptable outcome feel free to contact me directly

Sanjeev Service Representative and Eric the Mechanic are the only two people I trust with my 2024 Z06. After a major debacle with another dealership that installed the oil filter wrong and almost blew the engine, I was referred to Sanjeev and Eric. They both were amazing and handled that repair a recent recall for the vehicle. No other dealership or person will ever handle my repairs except Empire Chevrolet of Huntington!

The dealership mechanics have failed to take proactive measures to address the issue with my car. Despite my car’s battery failing their test, they have not utilized any battery from their own inventory to continue diagnostics. I returned my car the following day, but they have still not provided a resolution after seven business days. This means I have been without a car for ten consecutive days, and they have yet to find me a loaner vehicle. I strongly advise against using this dealership, as their lack of responsiveness and inability to resolve a parasitic draw issue in a timely manner are completely unacceptable.

From the moment I walked in the showroom to the moment I drove away in a new car the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Highly recommend this dealership.

The dealership always provides superior service ... work completed in a timely fashion - as promised. And, if there's any additional work that needs o be done ... your service rep explains in quite clearly and the work gets done. In this recent case - they discovered I had a nail in one of my tires, and the service rep discussed with me the options - if the tire could be repaired they will do that .... or if it couldn't be repaired then I'd need a new tire. My experience started out great with Reynolds the salesmen once it got to the finance department everything went down hill from there I passed between 2 different managers because one was let go in the time before pick up. Past visit was very good, but have had issues in the past. Still feel getting an appointment and quick service can be improved. Everything is a drop for the day in most cases. My local mechanic shop I can just show up and get some sort of feed back on whatever issue I’m dealing with. Dealer services are always tougher to deal with.

We have been working with Anthony Fasciano and the Empire Chevrolet of Huntington dealership for quite a few years. Anthony is extremely courteous and professional and what draws us back each time our lease is up is the fact that he's straight forward and never pushy. He tells us the facts and gives us time to chat it over and is always very knowledgeable. We highly recommend him and the dealership.

Over a $1000 for Rear brakes (only) and Rotors. You are making it unrealistic to have all my services dont on my car at the dealership. it is bad enough i pay over a $100 for an oil change.

The salesperson was excellent.

Brought in for the rear windshield spray nozzle not working and an oil change. Wife was charged for the nozzle line repair because she was told the line was just kinked and not cut so it wasn’t under warranty. What sense does that make??? It wasn’t tampered with, it became “kinked” over a year of travel / use and was supposedly behind many panels so it was labor intensive to get to. Bottom line, I paid an extra $6,000 for bumper to bumper extended coverage for 5 years and a team member sold my wife a load of BS. Anything goes wrong, not due to lack of maintenance or deliberate tampering or part replacement with non OEM, it should be covered!!!!! Never had this issue with my BMW dealer.

I brought me Equinox on because the blower motor was ear splitingly loud. The car has 13,000 miles. A mechanic told me that the motor had ice in it, and there was ice in the cabin filter. After I let the car run for a while the noise went away. I do not know how the water got in there, nor do I know if or when it will happen again. I consider this unacceptable but of course there is little I can do about it. The kid who drove me home was polite and helpful, thus the two stars.

It was fine...The only thing was there was No Loaner Car. When I bought the car, I was told "You will have a Loaner Car Every time you get service here" Not the case yesterday. They did give me a ride back to work, and when it was finished, I requested a pickup. Hope the "Every time Loaner Car" wasn't bait and switch. BMW would actually get a car from Enterprise if one wasn't available

I brought my vehicle the night before my appointment and dropped it off for an oil change and tire rotation. I clearly indicated on the envelope what I wanted. My appointment was for 7am the following day. I never received any call from the dealership and I called at 4pm and was told my vehicle was ready. When I went to pick it up only the tire rotation was done. The representative from Chevy Tara Robinson told me that the night drop envelope only indicated a tire rotation which it didn’t and additionally she was unable to produce it. After arguing with her for a few minutes the service manager got involved and told her to schedule the oil change first thing the next morning. The following day I finally got my vehicle after 3pm after calling and leaving numerous unanswered message's. I understand being busy but this was the worst customer service I have received at this dealership. Tara Robinson is incompetent and should be given some other role there or find some other work. I am seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.

The Manager, Sean Clary, was extremely helpful and suggested ways of meeting my goal. He aslo ordered a paper copy of the owner manual which is very helpful.

Paid $200 for a diagnosis to be told, a Chevy Tahoe radio could not be unlocked, but the purchase of a new radio would only be $2500 which is insane

Repair was fixed in a timely manner

I bought the Suburban in 2024 And the 1st Day driving the Truck home after signing and registered and putting down almost 10 thousand dollars on a car that supposed to be checked by your authorized dealer and certified Mechanics of what to checking the vehicle’s before selling them back to the public. My truck had transmission and problems with the changing of cylinders from 4 to 8 and they said it was impossible to return the truck after purchase. They said they will put a new transmission and I received it with a rebuild after 2 Month's of the dealer working on the situation. Finally it was repaired but not 100 percent. Then now the dealer has been sending me emails on my truck miles stone service and now I took it back and serviced it and they had it for more 2 months to repair ther 4 and 8 cylinder problems that all of your trucks have with out warning your service doesn’t explain that these trucks have so you don’t disclose the problems to weary buyers. Now I brought it inn for the oils and motor mounts were lose and that should’ve not been so soon if the truck is only 5 years old. Now it’s back in service again for the 4 th time and now it has a transmission and miss fire from 4 to 8 again. I would like for Chevy to to back the truck in good Faith and return my money.

I just brought my Equinox in for an oil change and a tire rotation. It went well but it was a bit pricey.
