I brought my brand new Corvette in for rim repair with a warranty and when it came back the tire was destroyed. I pointed out to Tara the sales manager and she promptly brought the car back into the shop and replaced the tire. However, the fact that this was delivered to me and not checked prior could've been a fatal error since the tire had giant chunks taken out of it. Also upon getting home and further inspection the finishing job by Atlantic repair has bubbles all under the paint and was scratched again when either the finishing company put the tire back on or when the dealership replaced the tire. I'm extremely disappointed that this was not look at before it was delivered and also the fact that there's further problems that unacceptable with the final finishing of the rim. Unfortunately I have been injured and not able to get back there but did speak to Tara directly and will bring the car in for repair again to have the rim refinished acceptable outcome feel free to contact me directly

The actual day you took care of the airbag recall was fine. No complaints. However, this was my second appointment with you. I showed up for my appointment and after about 90 minutes I was informed that you didn't have the part. That was not a happy experience.

The service attendant was very nice (Joe), However, it took 1 hour and 40 minutes to get an inspection.

My back up camara doesn’t work since January i have made two appointments even with the most recent call twice to confirm they had part to fix the camera they told me they had it waited two hour and they told me they didn’t have the camera part. The dealership always provides superior service ... work completed in a timely fashion - as promised. And, if there's any additional work that needs o be done ... your service rep explains in quite clearly and the work gets done. In this recent case - they discovered I had a nail in one of my tires, and the service rep discussed with me the options - if the tire could be repaired they will do that .... or if it couldn't be repaired then I'd need a new tire. Past visit was very good, but have had issues in the past. Still feel getting an appointment and quick service can be improved. Everything is a drop for the day in most cases. My local mechanic shop I can just show up and get some sort of feed back on whatever issue I’m dealing with. Dealer services are always tougher to deal with.

I brought my vehicle the night before my appointment and dropped it off for an oil change and tire rotation. I clearly indicated on the envelope what I wanted. My appointment was for 7am the following day. I never received any call from the dealership and I called at 4pm and was told my vehicle was ready. When I went to pick it up only the tire rotation was done. The representative from Chevy Tara Robinson told me that the night drop envelope only indicated a tire rotation which it didn’t and additionally she was unable to produce it. After arguing with her for a few minutes the service manager got involved and told her to schedule the oil change first thing the next morning. The following day I finally got my vehicle after 3pm after calling and leaving numerous unanswered message's. I understand being busy but this was the worst customer service I have received at this dealership. Tara Robinson is incompetent and should be given some other role there or find some other work. I am seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.

The dealership mechanics have failed to take proactive measures to address the issue with my car. Despite my car’s battery failing their test, they have not utilized any battery from their own inventory to continue diagnostics. I returned my car the following day, but they have still not provided a resolution after seven business days. This means I have been without a car for ten consecutive days, and they have yet to find me a loaner vehicle. I strongly advise against using this dealership, as their lack of responsiveness and inability to resolve a parasitic draw issue in a timely manner are completely unacceptable.

From the moment I walked in the showroom to the moment I drove away in a new car the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Highly recommend this dealership.

Service department is terrible inaccurate ETA of repairs. Forget to order parts to complete repair. Nobody answers the phone or gets back to you.

The salesperson was excellent.

Brought in for the rear windshield spray nozzle not working and an oil change. Wife was charged for the nozzle line repair because she was told the line was just kinked and not cut so it wasn’t under warranty. What sense does that make??? It wasn’t tampered with, it became “kinked” over a year of travel / use and was supposedly behind many panels so it was labor intensive to get to. Bottom line, I paid an extra $6,000 for bumper to bumper extended coverage for 5 years and a team member sold my wife a load of BS. Anything goes wrong, not due to lack of maintenance or deliberate tampering or part replacement with non OEM, it should be covered!!!!! Never had this issue with my BMW dealer.

The Manager, Sean Clary, was extremely helpful and suggested ways of meeting my goal. He aslo ordered a paper copy of the owner manual which is very helpful.

It was fine...The only thing was there was No Loaner Car. When I bought the car, I was told "You will have a Loaner Car Every time you get service here" Not the case yesterday. They did give me a ride back to work, and when it was finished, I requested a pickup. Hope the "Every time Loaner Car" wasn't bait and switch. BMW would actually get a car from Enterprise if one wasn't available

I bought the Suburban in 2024 And the 1st Day driving the Truck home after signing and registered and putting down almost 10 thousand dollars on a car that supposed to be checked by your authorized dealer and certified Mechanics of what to checking the vehicle’s before selling them back to the public. My truck had transmission and problems with the changing of cylinders from 4 to 8 and they said it was impossible to return the truck after purchase. They said they will put a new transmission and I received it with a rebuild after 2 Month's of the dealer working on the situation. Finally it was repaired but not 100 percent. Then now the dealer has been sending me emails on my truck miles stone service and now I took it back and serviced it and they had it for more 2 months to repair ther 4 and 8 cylinder problems that all of your trucks have with out warning your service doesn’t explain that these trucks have so you don’t disclose the problems to weary buyers. Now I brought it inn for the oils and motor mounts were lose and that should’ve not been so soon if the truck is only 5 years old. Now it’s back in service again for the 4 th time and now it has a transmission and miss fire from 4 to 8 again. I would like for Chevy to to back the truck in good Faith and return my money.

After a major debacle with another dealership that installed the oil filter wrong and almost blew the engine, I was referred to Sanjeev and Eric. First salesman was rude. Called 3 times to speak with michel as my truck was sold to me with 2 missing lug nuts and a wheel stud. Also Looking for an update on my $500 refund check. My trade still isnt paid off almost 3 weeks later and my old bank is telling me im still responsible for the payment.

Over a $1000 for Rear brakes (only) and Rotors. You are making it unrealistic to have all my services dont on my car at the dealership. it is bad enough i pay over a $100 for an oil change.

I brought me Equinox on because the blower motor was ear splitingly loud. The car has 13,000 miles. A mechanic told me that the motor had ice in it, and there was ice in the cabin filter. After I let the car run for a while the noise went away. I do not know how the water got in there, nor do I know if or when it will happen again. I consider this unacceptable but of course there is little I can do about it. The kid who drove me home was polite and helpful, thus the two stars.

I'll be patient .... Sanjeev has tried his best to get me back on the road ... and I appreciate that. Hopefully the NEXT OPPORTUNITY to repair my ALL DRIVE SYSTEM - will work.

Service writer Robert was good. Calling dealer on phone terrible phone rings and rings no one picks up when they do pick up hard time for someone to pick up in service. Called 3 times asked for my writer no pick up finally i called a 4 times asked for and asked if the writer was in they said he went home due to family emergency. They could not tell me that before. This is just pooor training.

The issue I had was that tara robinson who was the contact person for my case, never communicated how long i would be without my car, I was never offered a loaner car which is in my lease agreement. I called 4 times and left messages for tara and they were never returned.

I had my inspection done with an oil change. I looked through my wind shield and there was still the glue, glued on from where my last sticker was. How can someone put a new sticker on, seeing that there is glue from the last inspection sticker and not scrape the other off before putting on the new one? That was unprofessional, and absolutely unacceptable. I have had 3 cars from Chevy and not once did I have to complain about this. I will send pictures if need be and more than happy to tell you what dealership they were.

Eric is the best

The dealer dented the door of my truck before I took delivery. They promised to fix the door then did a poor job on the repair using their in-house dent repair team. We sent the car back to be properly fixed and we are getting the run around from the dealer. It was supposed to be fixed in a few days and now we have a tentative date to get it back two weeks after bringing it in for a second time to pick it back up.

From the moment I walked in and no one wanted to help me to the point where I got my car back with a broken light. It was just bad to bad. When I got to get my car back, the girl gave me my keys and told me she didn’t know where my car was so I had to drive around the place till I found it. I would never go back to this place and I would recommend the same for everyone else.

My vehicle has been in and out of your dealership for the same problem multiple times now. When this last appointment was made over two months ago, I was promised a loaner vehicle. Hours before I was supposed to drop my car off, I was told there’d be no loaner vehicle available!! I had to make multiple calls to not just your service department but finally to the sales department and yell and plead my case to finally get the service manager involved by way of your sales department contacting them to get the loaner car that I had been promised!!! No customer should have to go through this and be treated so poorly!!

We were the first buyers of the 2027 Chevy Bolt. Sam had not been trained on the model, and gave us the wrong adapter for our home Level 2 charger. We could not charge the car at home, and could not charge at the local Tesla Supercharger station or at local charging stations that used the J1772 connector. Empire sent a different replacement adapters, neither of which was the right one. It took 2 weeks of stress, a call to OnStar's EV staff, and a bunch of online research to figure out how to charge the vehicle. Better dealer training would definitely have helped.

I had a great experience, especially with Sam and Matt! They were extremely kind, understanding, helpful, and were never pushy! They went above and beyond throughout the entire process and gave me the absolute best experience I could’ve imagined!! They were such genuine people and I can’t thank them enough for all of their kindness!!

From start to finish it was very easy! I drove up to service, a service representative met me , ask what I was there for, and he took care of my car from there! When my car was done the same service representative got me from the waiting room, I paid, and off I went! Like I said, very easy!

The service was based on a recall. Everyone at the dealership was extremely courteous. The work was good and they fixed an issue (non-recall related) for me. The process of dropping the vehicle off was quick and simple, it was quick and simple to pick the vehicle up. The only issue I have is that I brought my vehicle in on an appointment on a Thursday, the vehicle was supposed to be done on a Friday but the work was not actually completed until the following Tuesday. If the vehicle had been done at the promised time, it would have gotten a five-star review

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received. A 2-hour wait for an oil change is unacceptable, and to make matters worse, I had to inquire about the status of my Trailblazer. Hicksville Chevy, on the other hand, had me in and out in just an hour. I'm still wondering how long I would have waited if I hadn't asked.

What in 24 verse four break monitoring update and repair. Deal found clamp slightly wet for upper radiator hose. They repaired this as per bulletin. Got home later that day went to use a vehicle huge puddle of antifreeze under car. This was on Thursday not repair car to Tuesday. Kind of a long time to wait after you made the mistake not me. I had no leak prior to this. Now that it is fixed, we will keep an eye on it.

While Joseph Mankuski was terrific the overall experience was cumbersome and time consuming. The hoops that had to be jumped through to implement the rebates were nothing less than a nuisance especially the veterans discount. GM needs to improve the transaction experience to make it smoother. The vehicle itself is very nice to look at but takes a lot of learning. I'm disappointed in how user unfriendly all the touch screen items are. Also let me point out that for the Z71 package they should have installed power front passenger seat. I also can't seem to locate a garment hook for hanging garments as I travel frequently. The initial start up dings are loud and annoying and I would like them silenced.

Many years ago when bulb blew it was replaced for under $5. Today. Unbelievable that’s not progress. Talk to your engineers. Like I said service was fine

The pricing for a rebuilt transmission was ludicrous, which gives support for customers like me to believe in the old adage that a dealer will seriously overcharge for services. Within one day, I was able to locate a shop that would perform the same services under warranty for $8,000 less.

Got my oil change faster this time than previous ones.

I came in for a tire rotation and 1st year inspection on my. I subsequently watched my car sit in the parking lot for 2 hours before being taken in the shop. A 1/2 hour later, I was told the work was done but that there were a couple of software recall updates that could be done that day or on another day. I figured let them get it done while I was there, so I waited another 2+ hours to complete that. I go to my car and see that the tires which I had marked were indeed not rotated. I was told that that was not part of the work order despite it being the only reason I brought the car in. I could have gotten an inspection in 5 mins from my local shop. Realizing their mistake, the service reps rushed the car down to complete the rotation, but even that was done wrong as they only did a front to back switch but did not cross over the tires. All in all, I was there nearly 6 hours for an inspection (2 1/2 hours), recall software reprogramming, and improperly completed tire rotation. Utterly ridiculous. I would have preferred honesty and had been told not to wait as you will ending spending your entire day here. The service team guys were very friendly and apologetic about the delays, but I don't see why I would ever bring my car back here again if I don't need to.

I’m 50 years old. I’ve owned or leased many vehicles over the years. Infiniti, Nissan, VW and Chevrolet. My last two leases have been with Empire. On Monday, June 29th, I leased a new Equinox LT AWD. I was in contact with Sales Manager, John Jack for a couple days prior, finalizing vehicle and lease details. I worked with Usama (Sam) Zahid at the dealership. These two gentlemen are first class and straightforward. Simply excellent customer service. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 1 hour. It was hands down the best & easiest vehicle transaction of my life.

I made an appointment online for an oil change and inspection at least 3 weeks in advance. This dealership is 40mins away from my house. When I check in with the service advisor and tell him why I am there, he informs me that they cannot perform the oil change because the Corvette Specialist only works Monday through Friday. There is no indication on the website that if you are scheduling service on a Corvette that you must pick a date Monday through Friday. I also do not understand why I was even allowed to make the appointment considering the scheduling system knows what kind of vehicle I am getting serviced. To add insult to injury and make it more aggravating the next available appointment for my vehicle is in 4 weeks! This is really an easy fix guys and I cannot imagine that I am the first person this has happened to.

Arrived early for my appointment (7:20am), almost 4 hours for oil change. Same exact service is $50 more expensive than the competing Chevy dealership closer to my house and even little things like next service sticker were not given to me. Service advisor was good. Things can definitely improve and I hope to have a different experience next time I come.

Poor communication. It was identified that I needed a new tire, only one was worn way down. When I called back and asked why only one I was told the car isn’t aligned and I should get an alignment done too. Why wasn’t I told this from the start? Felt like I was being tricked into paying for more. Then they told me the tore cones in early morning and car would’ve ready at 10. We go back the next day our service guy is out and there is no record of it being ready at 10. Instead we are told the tire won’t be in until late morning and to come back that afternoon so we lost two days. Plus the pricing for changing of air filters and oil is outrageous. meanwhile our purpose for going was to get the driver side back window fixed under warranty. This is a known issue with the Chevy Trax and they wouldn’t fix it because the window was working at that moment. So we ended up spending $2k and still the rear window issue is not resolved. Terrible, worst dealer I have ever been to.

My service advisor was A+. My guess is that the mechanic that worked on my Equinox was also A+. My service advisor noticed that my car was overdue for a NYS inspection. My serious concern was that my car has 16,000 miles in 2+ years and you pick up my wheels are out of alignment( $ 200) with no insurance that it would be covered for xxxxx? LOF $ 119 my last very expensive service was 9/25 @ 10,000 miles. Total bill with NYS inspection $375 Car comes off lease April 2027. My service advisor was able to use my Chevy Points to offset $ 312 so I only paid $57 This is the 5/6 Equinox that I have leased from you. Very loyal customer Not sure what I will do before April 2027( lease ends)? Possibly loyal customers get regular maintenance for free and/or at a price point that seems reasonable! Kept my car for 4 months +; bought the car with 16k miles a 23 Tahoe in Dec 2025 and in Feb 26 and 3k miles later had major tranny failure. Finally after a month got a loaner and then while Noel the service writer was outstanding throughout GMAC should be subject to fines and recalls. Fn horrible and I have zero plans of ever going back to Chevrolets. I or my company have bought 6 in 5 years.
